Also, Hilton offers the “Beach Satisfaction Guarantee”, which is Hilton’s tool to bring those hesitant to plan vacations in the area due to the uncertainty of the Gulf oil spill. The “Beach Satisfaction Guarantee” protects those guests who visit hotels from the Gulf Coast to South Florida that are beachfront or within a 20 drive to the beach, as it will guarantee no charges for their stay should they be affected in any way by the Gulf oil spill.
