Sweet Meetings

Chocolate.  Just the word itself brings to mind happiness and satisfaction. Now, add meetings into the mix – chocolate meetings.  Who wouldn’t want to attend one of those? In Hershey, Pennsylvania, chocolate is king.  Driving into town, you start to smell the chocolate in the air and the scent grows stronger as you near the Hershey Chocolate Factory.  However, there are more than factories and bars (of chocolate, of course!) in this town; there are enticing accommodations and sweet meeting space!

The Hotel Hershey is a four-star, four-diamond property with 276 deluxe guest rooms, three unique restaurants, and boutique shopping.  Guests can also relax in The Spa at Hotel Hershey which specializes in chocolate treatments, like the decadent chocolate facial.  Hotel Hershey offers 25,000 square feet of meeting space with 21 function rooms as well as a meetings cottage, Mountain Laurel, which is removed from all the hustle and bustle of the main hotel.  Mountain Laurel is praised for its central, but private, location, staff attentiveness, and full-service meeting amenities.

At Hershey Lodge, also located in downtown Hershey, larger groups can enjoy the 665 appealing guest rooms and over 100,000 square feet of meeting space.  Great American Hall is the largest of 35 function rooms and has over 32,000 square feet of space.  For smaller groups, the Cocoa Boardroom can hold 22 people and features state of the art amenities, individual pop up monitors, and a 65-inch plasma touch-screen display.
There are delights everywhere in Hershey! The town is home to Hershey Park, a family amusement park with multiple rollercoasters, a variety of rides, and entertainment shows.  The park is also home to a zoo, ZOOAMERICA, and a waterpark, The Boardwalk at Hershey Park.  Visitors can also experience the Hershey Chocolate factory, where tours wind through the process of creating delicious treats.   At the end of your factory tour, you may find yourself with a sugary surprise.

For chocolate lovers, there is no better place than Hershey.  Guests wake up to the smell of chocolate with treats in each room at Hotel Hershey. Both hotels offer unique chocolate themed activities, like making s’mores by a fire.  For those who don’t have such a sweet tooth, the beautiful accommodations, amenities and friendly area will still bring a smile to their faces.  Hershey will be sure to bring a unique and sweet spin to your next meeting.
